Company Background
Based in Honduras, Terra Kaape is a digital innovator serving cooperatives and producer associations in the coffee and cacao sectors. Their flagship platform is a Manufacturing Enterprise System (MES) designed specifically for agricultural organizations to better manage, trace, and analyze production activities. With 26 organizations already using the system, Terra Kaape is supporting over 11,700 smallholder farmers to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Our Product
Terra Kaape’s MES helps producer groups manage the full production cycle — from lot tracing and harvest tracking to accounting and analytics. The platform is now being enhanced with multi-company, multi-product, and multi-harvest capabilities to offer even greater flexibility and value.
The team is also launching a Carbon Footprint App to estimate emissions and verify whether production is free of deforestation — empowering farmers and buyers to meet sustainability standards.
Supported by Incofin Foundation, Terra Kaape aims to reach:
- 40 organizations using the enhanced MES
- 8 organizations adopting the Carbon Footprint App
- A total of 40,000+ farmers impacted, including expansion into El Salvador
